GraciousCare Inc. - Management Team

Each client at GraciousCare Inc. receives the full attention of our management team
which includes the following: Company Founders, Nursing Supervisor, Social Worker,
and Certified Home Health Aide . Our clients' will have access to one of the company’s
founders, 7 days a week, if any questions or issues should arise.

Christopher O’Rourke, Cofounder Chris is a founding member of GraciousCare Inc. and serves as the company’s CEO .  Prior to forming GraciousCare, Chris held positions in sales, marketing and strategic planning at Pfizer Inc and Bayer Healthcare.  Chris brings over 16 years of healthcare experience to GraciousCare Inc. with an in-depth knowledge of cardiovascular, diabetes and CNS diseases.

Dina Pechillo, LSW, MSW, C-ASWCM, Cofounder Dina is a founding partner of GraciousCare Inc. and serves as the company’s President and Managing Director . Dina is a licensed social worker in the State of New Jersey and has worked in the field of Geriatric social work for over 10 years. She has served clients in a variety of settings including a community agency, nursing home, hospital, home care and is also a Certified Advanced Social Work Care Manager.

Rosemary Guiney, RN, Nursing Supervisor Rosemary is a registered nurse and serves as the company’s Clinical Coordinator and Nursing Supervisor.  Rosemary has worked in the field of nursing for 20+ years. Her vast experience includes home care, long-term care and administrative duties.  Throughout her tenure she has focused on providing care to the geriatric population and will continue to do so as the company’s Nursing Supervisor.                                                                                                                                Nicole Allan, B.A., RN, Maternal Newborn Specialist Nicole is a registered nurse and serves as GraciousCare Inc., Maternal Newborn Specialist. Nicole brings 10+ years hospital-based experience in Postpartum-Nursery Units. She became a Certified Lactation Consultant in 2001 and also carries certifications in Neonatal Resuscitation and Basic Life Support (CPR).

The senior management of GraciousCare Inc. has over 50 years of combined experience in pharmaceuticals, social work, senior care management, and nursing care. Our jointly held belief that it is more beneficial for clients to be cared for in their own loving and familiar surroundings comes through in our team approach to care management.
