 Q. Are your Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA), Screened, Bonded and Insured?
 A. Yes - All of our personnel have been extensively screened through in-depth interviews, reference checking, criminal background check and are certified by the New Jersey Board of Nursing as Home Health Aides.
   
 Q. How much lead time is required for a CHHA placement?
 A. GraciousCare Inc. requests a 3 to 4 days notice to make a placement. However, we do understand how suddenly a need can develop and so we are regularly able to place an aide within 24 hours.
   
 Q. Do you provide Registered Nurse (RN) and Licensed Social Worker (LSW)supervision?
 A. GraciousCare Inc. is one of the few home health agencies whose cases are supervised by both a RN and LSW who jointly coordinate a client "Care Plan". 
   
 Q. Who is responsible for the payment to the CHHA?
 A. GraciousCare Inc. is the employer and is responsible for all tax liabilities and Workers Comp. insurance for the CHHA.
   
 Q. Can the client or client’s family meet the prospective CHHA prior to placement?
 A. Yes - GraciousCare Inc. is able to set up interviews at our office or in your home.
   
 Q. What do I have to provide to a live-in CHHA?
 A. A comfortable place to sleep, preferably a private room, bathing facilities, and three meals a day.
   
 Q. Will GraciousCare Inc. share my health information with anyone?
 A. No - GraciousCare Inc. will respect your privacy as mandated by HIPPA.
   
 Q. Are GraciousCare Inc. prices competitive?
 A. Although GraciousCare Inc. provides compassionate and unique home healthcare services that differentiate us from other agencies, our rates remain very competitive, and often lower than our competitors.

 A. Each client and their families receives the full attention of GraciousCare Inc. management team if any questions or issues should arise.
